McDonald’s Nutrition, Fact or FictionMcDonald’s claims to be making strides in having more nutritious meals and healthier choices. The skeptic that I am tells me that this may be stretching the point of good nutrition. I’m not saying I don’t like a fish sandwich or an Egg McMuffin every now and then. Crash dieting may help you lose weight quickly at first but usually that is just water weight and when you resume eating normal food, the pounds will pack back on. Crash dieting does not accomplish what you are ultimately striving for- lasting weight loss. No one wants to keep dieting, going up and down the scale.
