| from the Author Leeda Bacon As a funeral Arranger for years, I saw far too many obese people who required special handling because they could not be accommodated by standard sized caskets, grave spaces or crematories, adding to the emotional stress and expense for the deceased's family. Being overweight myself, I found it offensive that large people would be treated this way. I knew, when my time came, that I did not want my family to have this experience and that it was time to find the diet that I would stick to for life; for the right diet is the diet that's followed daily. The only diet that makes sense is a healthy one, not a quick fix. I created my diet from years of studying doctor's articles, books, hearing sermons and common sense. The best author for a diet book is one who has walked the walk. As I lost weight I had numerous people ask me to write down what plan I was following. Many said they have no clue how to start a diet regimen. Thus, Be Ye Encouraged! was born. Email Leeda | |||||||
